GJENFERDSEL entered studio again to record their second release, entitled "VARDE". This time they used Juv Musikk as studio, and the lineup consisted only of Iudex and Invictus. A lot of the material had already existed for years, and was ready to be recorded for the masses.
During this year, the band also recorded a video for their song "Illverk".
